About the role
Flikk is an AI gaming app: AI-generated mobile games with AI features that turn users into co-creators of the games. It is growing faster than the company around it, which leaves a long list of things that obviously need doing and have nobody's name on them.
You would work through that list directly with the founders. What the role becomes depends on what you bring to it: your strengths and your experience decide its shape, not a fixed job description. That runs from building team and structure, through internal problems you solve with AI tooling you build yourself, to owning a new area outright and eventually building the team behind it.
What you'll do
- Bring your strengths in where they move the most. The cut of the role follows your experience rather than a fixed list.
- Build team and structure: who joins, how the work runs, what deserves to be standardised.
- Solve internal problems with AI solutions you build yourself, rather than administering them.
- Own new projects end to end, from the research to the first working version, and build the team behind them once they carry.
- Lead working students and other individual contributors where the work calls for it.
- Support how the company shows up externally.
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Founders Associate, or you have already worked as a Chief of Staff.
- Experience putting AI to work: you build yourself the tools and automations you need rather than waiting for them.
- A network in the Berlin startup ecosystem.
- Problem-solving and persistence.
- You are good with people.
Nice to have
- You have started something yourself, whatever became of it afterwards.
- Experience with mobile consumer apps.
