About the role
Flikk is an AI gaming app: AI-generated mobile games with AI features that turn users into co-creators of the games.
Here you learn what it takes to found an AI-native startup. Work directly with the founders, take on responsibility, and learn to solve the most varied tasks on your own. Precisely because fast growth keeps bringing new challenges, initiative, flexibility, and mutual trust matter a great deal to us.
What you'll do
- Own getting new projects off the ground: the research, the setup, and vibe-coding the first version.
- Support building the team.
- Support how the company shows up externally.
- Find smart solutions to the everyday problems of a startup.
What we're looking for
- A network in the Berlin startup ecosystem.
- Problem-solving and persistence.
- You are good with people.
Nice to have
- You have started something yourself, whatever became of it afterwards.
- Experience putting AI to work.
