About the role
Flikk is an AI entertainment app: personalised videos, games, and comics, all in one place. It is growing faster than the company around it, which leaves a long list of things that obviously need doing and have nobody's name on them.
You would work through that list directly with the founders. Part of it is building the company itself: who joins, how it runs, how it comes across from the outside. Part of it is helping get something new off the ground. It is the fastest way to understand how a company actually works.
What you'll do
- Support hiring, team organisation, and events.
- Own getting new projects off the ground: the research, the setup, and vibe-coding the first version.
- Support how the company shows up externally.
What we're looking for
- A network in the Berlin startup ecosystem.
- Problem-solving and persistence.
- You are good with people.
Nice to have
- You have started something yourself, whatever became of it afterwards.
- Experience putting AI to work.
